Poor Ankle

How many times already. 

Yes, I sprained my ankle this morning...

Woke up and could not balance myself cuz of my cramped leg then jolted and fell on my ankle. 

After hours only then I felt the pain.

Clumsy I am but hahah. Funny. 

I was so sleepy that I ignored the pain first. Lol...

Okay, it hurts now but did some treatment at home and hope it helps. 

Damn it's my right foot - I need to press the keyboard pedal. Ha... Hm.
