'Probably reading this because you are depressed,paranoid, confused,wooried, fed up, close to crying, feeling insecure and ect... Whatever the reason, stop blaming yourself.
Keep your head held high...and block any negativity.
Do something that makes you happy.
Listen to some music. Do anything that will prevent you from being upset or taking it out on yourself. Don't bottle up any emotions you are feelng.
Let them out in a positive way.
Let yourself cry if you wanna cry.
PLEASE DON'T DO SOMETHING YOU WILL REGRET LATER.
You have come so far....
Doon't give up now.
Stop dwelling on the past, stop worrying about the future. Live for today.
Make sure you are not around anyone that makes you feel like dirt.
I jnow it is hard but you can do this.
Believein yourself.
