Oh my Dear

Hm, some kind of infection.
I've been feeling this for some time.
Neglected again and again hoping that it's nothing -
until it hit me the day before yesterday.
I'd better check this out and see.
Looks quite serious or it could be a warning to me.
Perhaps, I really need to be cautious about myself -
well, I ain't that young (very young), am I?
Before it hits me again, I've gotta do something about it.
It does scare me and worries me.
Gonna check it tomorrow and see what it is.
